They came all dressed up in the vintage of the boat's year.

Here is a cute adorable wooden tug.

here are two boats in the same picture. Ben's great eye of photography. (you all know I did not take these pictures but I swipe them from Ben.

There were amazing Criss Crafts - they sure made a lot of boats! right near us in Wisc. I guess Wisc is known for other things than cheese.

This guy is firing a cannon! Some of the boats had bag pipers playing! One boat was a 70's boat complete with the outfits of hippies to match.

Who doesn't love a tug?!

Of course the best was saved for last... The wooded Kayaks.

today was a family affair. Right infront of us is the shoreline and here is a family "boathouse" full of family and fun! All up and down the shore people on the land pulled up a porch and chair to watch from their house... just like us watching from out "home". We ate popcorn and pop for the show.

this house seemed to have more going on during the evening... they kept partying way late complete with a very good band.
So Sunday was not a complete downer with knowing out electrical is still bad. We made the best of it. The weather report kept saying it was going to thunderstorm from 1 - 5pm but the rain held off until the parade was totally done! about 7p the rain started coming.
It is the first cool morning! ahhhh I'm writing in the morning cuz I was so tired from all that brain power it took to look at the electrical. ohhh yes and one of our water hoses let loose. Remember we have a fantom water drainer from out fresh water supply?! Welp it showed it's face and we heard water pouring out and mighty Ben found the problem and fixed it. a few tighter clams and away it was fixed. I was importantly talking on the phone with Connie when it blew. So Ben was on it! Way to go Ben. We both felt good that something broke and we actually fixed it!!! Way to go us!! it 's worth celebrating -- oh even better it did not cost anything to fix!!!
There you have a wonderful day... Blessings on your days!
thank you for all the pictures ...
